Uduak-Joe Ntuk is elected to represents Area 1 of the Long Beach Community College District Board of Trustees. The area covers approximately 16 square miles, including the Bixby Knolls, Los Cerritos, and North Long Beach communities.

The Board of Trustees governs the Long Beach Community College District and consists of five elected members, each representing one of the five trustee areas of the district. Voters in each of the areas elect their trustee to a four-year term.

LBCC District Board of Trustees meetings occur the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of each month and are subject to change. Meetings are broadcasted through Youtube Livestream and re-run daily on Spectrum Channel 15 in Long Beach.
